RFI: We're looking for a new partner
To: All Interested Organizations
Since 1919, the Susanna Wesley House (SWH) has been dedicated to assisting women and their dependent children by providing a safe, clean home for the residents to obtain independent living. In 2003, in direct response to the devastating need for housing that would allow homeless women to live with their children, SWH remodeled the facility at 609 Park Avenue to adhere to a Supportive Housing model, partnering with another organization which provides the case management, educational, employment, counseling and other program services for the residents. Susanna Wesley House maintains the facility and, in effect, underwrites the program costs by allowing our partner organization to collect available government subsidies and rental income. Over the past year, we have renovated several spaces within the house and now seek a new partner to work with us by providing a viable program to serve women and youth in Baltimore.
Susanna Wesley House, Inc. invites all interested parties to submit a written response to this Request for Information (RFI). The purpose of this Request for Information (RFl) is to determine the extent of interest from qualified agencies or organizations in providing services in alignment with the mission of Susanna Wesley House, Inc.
We appreciate your response to this request by 30 November 2016.
